Our Crawley clinic is on the fourth floor of The Pinnacle building on Station Way, opposite Crawley rail station. It’s conveniently located with bus stops on Friary Way and Crawley station just across the road.
Once you’ve arrived at the building entrance, please report to reception on the ground floor, then make your way up to the fourth floor.
If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.
ParkingÂ
There are three visitor parking bays at the front of the building. Your parking must be validated by using the QR code in the building (there are multiple print outs of this throughout the building, including a large sign immediately in front of the entrance to avoid confusion). If you are unable to scan/use the code your car registration, please see a member of the reception team who can manually upload it for you.
If these spaces are full, parking is available at Crawley train station a few minutes' walk away.
Disabled accessÂ
There is disabled access into the building and a lift to take you to our clinic room on the fourth floor. There are three disabled parking bays at the front of the building.  Your parking must be validated by using the QR code in the building (there are multiple print outs of this throughout the building, including a large sign immediately in front of the entrance to avoid confusion). If you are unable to scan/use the code your car registration, please see a member of the reception team who can manually upload it for you.
