Finding our clinic 

Our Croydon clinic is situated on the first and second floor of Corinthian House on 17  Lansdowne Road. Opposite the Ruskin Square car park. You can find Croydon clinic on Google Maps here, or alternatively you can find us using our What3Words link here

It's conveniently located with bus and tram links nearby, and East Croydon railway station only a few hundred metres away. We are also within a mile of West Croydon railway station.

On arrival, please wait in the ground floor reception area (where there is a waiting area) until your appointment time. Please only then make you way upstairs to the required treatment room for your appointment. Please refer to your appointment text confirmation for treatment room location details.

For Room 1F If there is no one at reception at the time of your appointment. Please dial the intercom on the left of the front door to 1st floor and select Room CO 1F.

For Room 2E If there is no one at reception, please wait outside and the Physiotherapist. Will let you in at the time of your appointment.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info 

There is very limited pay and display on-street parking near the clinic. The nearest alternative pay and display car park is on Wellesley Road (CR0 1UP) which is approximately 0.8 miles away.

There is disabled access into the building and a lift to our treatment rooms. Which are located on the first and second floors. There is no disabled parking at the clinic but there are the pay and display options outlined above.

Our physiotherapy clinic in Croydon is based in Corinthian House on 17  Lansdowne Road, which is a Workspace office block. 

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Appointments usually last up to 30 minutes. During this time, your physiotherapist will also complete any required notes or reports. You may be given exercises to do between sessions to support your progress. You'll be able to access these on the Ascenti Reach app. 

Your physiotherapist will guide you through the questions, so there’s no need to prepare anything in advance. They may ask about: 

  • When and how your pain started 
  • What makes it better or worse 
  • How intense it feels 
  • Any other symptoms, such as numbness or pins and needles 
  • Your medical history and medications 
  • Your work, hobbies and daily activities 
  • Any worries or concerns you have about your condition 

Rest assured, all information you share is treated with respect and confidentiality. 

Comfortable clothing is best, shorts and a t‑shirt or vest are often helpful. However, your comfort is most important. If clothing limits the assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss options with you.

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you can do it quickly and easily through our online self-service portal. 
 
If you want to cancel your appointment, you must let us know 24 hours before your appointment is due to take place. Unfortunately, we may have to charge you if you fail to cancel in time.

Ascenti Physio is recognised by all major private medical insurance providers, including Vitality, Bupa and AXA.

If your insurer has referred you directly to Ascenti Physio, we will invoice them for your treatment once it has concluded.

Please check your policy to find out what is included in your cover and any excess which may apply, as this is not managed by Ascenti Physio.

If you would like to book treatment with Ascenti Physio then claim the cost back, please speak to your insurance provider first to check that it will be covered by your policy.
