Clinic information

Our Highgate clinic is on the third floor of Aztec House which is situated at 397-405 Archway Road. The entrance to the building is on Bishops Road, behind Tops Tiles.

It’s conveniently located with Highgate tube station only a five-minute walk away, and bus stops close by on Archway Road.

Once you've arrived, please press either office number 4 or 8 on the intercom outside the entrance door and wait for your physiotherapist to buzz you in. Once inside the building please make your way to the third floor and wait in the lobby for your physiotherapist to let you into the office area.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

Afternoon, free parking is available on Archway Road and Bishops Road for one hour. In the morning parking is for permit holders only. Alternatively, pay and display parking is available at Highgate station (N6 5UA).

Disabled access is limited as there are two steps into the building. There is a lift up to our treatment room, but no disabled toilets or parking outside. If you have access needs, please get in touch with our contact centre to discuss alternative clinics.

Frequently asked questions

Appointments usually last up to 30 minutes. During this time, your physiotherapist will also complete any required notes or reports. You may be given exercises to do between sessions to support your progress. You'll be able to access these on the Ascenti Reach app.

Your physiotherapist will guide you through the questions, so there’s no need to prepare anything in advance. They may ask about:

  • When and how your pain started
  • What makes it better or worse
  • How intense it feels
  • Any other symptoms, such as numbness or pins and needles
  • Your medical history and medications
  • Your work, hobbies and daily activities
  • Any worries or concerns you have about your condition

Rest assured, all information you share is treated with respect and confidentiality.

Comfortable clothing is best, shorts and a t‑shirt or vest are often helpful. However, your comfort is most important. If clothing limits the assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss options with you.

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you can do it quickly and easily through our online self-service portal.

If you want to cancel your appointment, you must let us know 24 hours before your appointment is due to take place. Unfortunately, we may have to charge you if you fail to cancel in time.

If you're paying through our pay-as-you-go option, our prices* are:

  • London clinics inside the M25: ÂŁ66
  • All other clinics: ÂŁ60
  • Online appointments: ÂŁ50

*Please note that prices for our business customers vary due to additional services and benefits, such as reporting, administrative support and extended terms of payment. Please contact us for more information.
