Clinic information

Ingol Health Centre is situated in a cul-de-sac and you will need to drive to the bottom of Village Green Lane to find it. The clinic is near Tanterton Village Centre and Pool House Community School.

Buses stop near the clinic on Tag Lane a two-minute walk away. There is no nearby train station to the clinic.

Please report to reception on arrival. Please take a seat in the waiting room and the therapist come and collect you.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Visitor parking is available in the car park.

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room. Disabled parking is available in the car park.

Our clinic values inclusivity and accessibility in the workplace. Your physiotherapist may be supported by a workplace support worker during their duties. This does not affect the care or service you receive.

We also operate a chaperone policy. If you would like someone to attend your appointment with you, please feel free to bring them along.

Appointments usually last up to 30 minutes. During this time, your physiotherapist will also complete any required notes or reports. You may be given exercises to do between sessions to support your progress. You'll be able to access these on the Ascenti Reach app.
