The clinic is situated on Cop Lane, which is just off the A59 Liverpool Road and is approximately 150 yards on your right and near Penwortham Girl’s High School.

Buses stop on Cop Lane and Preston railway station is a thirty-minute walk away.

There is a reception area in the main entrance of the surgery. If you explain that you are visiting for your appointment with Ascenti, the receptionist will direct you to our treatment room.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking is available at the side of the building in the dedicated car park.

Appointments usually last up to 30 minutes. During this time, your physiotherapist will also complete any required notes or reports. You may be given exercises to do between sessions to support your progress. You'll be able to access these on the Ascenti Reach app.
