Directions from M6: Leave at Junction 28 of the M6, then take the B5256 into Leyland/A49 towards Euxton. Turn left onto Leyland Way/B5256. Turn left onto Bent Lane. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Heald House Road/B5248. Turn right onto Wigan Road/A49. Turn right onto Runshaw Lane. Turn left onto St Mary's Gate and Euxton Medical Centre will be 200 yards on your left. The clinic is located opposite Euxton Tiles.

Buses stop near the medical centre on Wigan Road and Euxton Train Station is a 20-minute walk away.

Please report to reception on arrival and let them know that you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking

Free parking is available in the medical centre.

Disabled access

There is disabled access into the building and treatment room. There is one designated Blue Badge parking bay within the medical centre car park.

Appointments usually last up to 30 minutes. During this time, your physiotherapist will also complete any required notes or reports. You may be given exercises to do between sessions to support your progress. You'll be able to access these on the Ascenti Reach app.
