Clinic information

Our Wickford clinic is situated on the first floor of 11 Station Court, a shared office development on Station Approach. It's conveniently located adjacent to Wickford railway station with bus stops just outside. You can find Station Court on Google Maps here, or alternatively you can find us using our What3Words link here.

Once you've arrived, please press the Ascenti Physio buzzer at the main door and your physiotherapist will let you into the building.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking

There is no parking at Station Court. Parking is available in the NCP Wickford train station car park which runs parallel to Station Court on Station Approach and is £1 for up to an hour’s parking. There is also parking available opposite Station Court on Station Avenue which is £7 pounds for the whole day. Payment for both car parks can be made in cash, credit card or app.

Disabled access and parking

Unfortunately, there is no disabled access into the building or our treatment room.

No disabled parking is available at Station Court, but disabled parking can be found in the NCP Wickford train station car park which runs parallel to Station Court on Station Approach.  Blue Badge holding customers using these bays will need to register the vehicle on gaparking.co.uk within 24 hours of parking in order to avoid the parking charge notice. Please contact NCP on www.ncp.co.uk, via their online chat or 0345 0507 080 if you require further assistance with this process.

If you have access needs, please get in touch with our contact centre to discuss alternative clinics.

Frequently asked questions

Appointments usually last up to 30 minutes. During this time, your physiotherapist will also complete any required notes or reports. You may be given exercises to do between sessions to support your progress. You'll be able to access these on the Ascenti Reach app.

Your physiotherapist will guide you through the questions, so there’s no need to prepare anything in advance. They may ask about:

  • When and how your pain started
  • What makes it better or worse
  • How intense it feels
  • Any other symptoms, such as numbness or pins and needles
  • Your medical history and medications
  • Your work, hobbies and daily activities
  • Any worries or concerns you have about your condition

Rest assured, all information you share is treated with respect and confidentiality.

Comfortable clothing is best, shorts and a t‑shirt or vest are often helpful. However, your comfort is most important. If clothing limits the assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss options with you.

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you can do it quickly and easily through our online self-service portal.

If you want to cancel your appointment, you must let us know 24 hours before your appointment is due to take place. Unfortunately, we may have to charge you if you fail to cancel in time.

If you're paying through our pay-as-you-go option, our prices* are:

  • London clinics inside the M25: ÂŁ66
  • All other clinics: ÂŁ60
  • Online appointments: ÂŁ50

*Please note that prices for our business customers vary due to additional services and benefits, such as reporting, administrative support and extended terms of payment. Please contact us for more information.
