Ascenti Reach app
Manage your recovery and access tailored video guides directly from your phone.

Whether you're recovering from a sprain, strain or fracture, or trying to build strength and prevent one in the first place, we're here to help.
Your first appointment includes four main parts:Â
Â
Tell us what's going onÂ
Your physiotherapist listens and gets to know how you’re feeling, the problem you're facing, and what your goals are.Â
Â
Find the root causeÂ
You’ll undergo an initial assessment so we can really understand how your body works, what hurts, the areas that need support, and what to do next.Â
Â
Get treatedÂ
Based on that assessment, your physiotherapist starts the right treatment for you. This may include hands-on treatment, tailored exercises, or both.Â
Â
Leave with a planÂ
Your notes and recommended exercises land in the Reach app which you can access at any time. If you require a follow-up, we’ll book you in there and then.Â
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you can do it quickly and easily through our online self-service portal.Â
Â
If you want to cancel your appointment, you must let us know 24 hours before your appointment is due to take place. Unfortunately, we may have to charge you if you fail to cancel in time.  Â
Ascenti are recognised by all major private medical insurance providers, including Vitality, Bupa, AXA and WPA.
Â
If your insurer has referred you directly to Ascenti, we will invoice them for your treatment once it has concluded. Please check your policy to find out what is included in your cover and any excess which may apply, as this is not managed by Ascenti.
Â
If you would like to book treatment with Ascenti then claim the cost back, please speak to your insurance provider first to check that it will be covered by your policy.Â
If you're paying through our pay-as-you-go option, our prices* are:Â
Â
*Please note that prices for our business customers vary due to additional services and benefits, such as reporting, administrative support and extended terms of payment. Please contact us for more information.Â
Comfortable clothing is best, shorts and a t‑shirt or vest are often helpful. However, your comfort is most important. If clothing limits the assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss options with you.
Your physiotherapist will use clinical reasoning and evidence‑based practice to decide whether manual, hands-on therapy is appropriate. If you have preferences or specific reasons for wanting manual therapy included, please let your physiotherapist know so this can be considered as part of your plan.Â
